Legal Secretary- Litigation, Hybrid North Belfast, Antrim Artemis Human Capital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Legal Secretary to join our clients litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal secretary with a strong background in litigation support who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Assisting with case management by organising and maintaining litigation files. Communicating professionally with clients, court staff, and third parties to coordinate case updates and information requests. Managing solicitors schedules, including arranging meetings, court appearances, and other key appointments. Supporting trial preparation by assisting in the preparation of trial bundles, liaising with witnesses, and coordinating evidence and exhibits. Key Requirements Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a litigation team. Excellent knowledge of legal document management systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to manage deadlines. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centered approach.
