If youre organised, customer-oriented, and have a knack for problem-solving, this role is for you! We guarantee you will never have done a job like this before! Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and troubleshooting Supplier account reconciliation Purchase & Sales Ledger data entry Updating internal portal Coordinate and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our processing requirements, such as purchase orders and invoicing standards. Manage the helpdesk, logging and resolving issues related to user access, supplier queries, and order statuses. Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, providing guidance and training where necessary Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth supplier operations and communicate key updates. Requirements: Experience using Xero accountancy package would be an advantage Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise Proven experience in a customer service or helpdesk role.
