Job Description
This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London.
As a Scrum Master in our Financial Services Practice, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in Agile environments, delivering high-profile professional services D365 CRM projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Facilitate agile project management for customers within the Financial Services sector, ensuring adherence to agile principles and fostering continuous improvement.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress using established tools (e.g., DevOps) and managing project scope, schedule, and costs.
* Oversee project budgets, time and cost estimations, while managing risks and issues through RAID logs.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular reports through agreed channels, ensuring timely delivery in line with established KPIs.
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team player with the following qualifications and experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master working within Agile teams.
* Certified Scrum Master, CSM, PSM or equivalent.
* Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and transformation methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with change management tools such as JIRA and Azure for backlog management workflow automation and reporting.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferably within financial services or banking environments, consultancy experience is a plus.
* Strong ability to collaborate across technology and business teams effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to navigate complex fast-paced environments with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
