My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest growing driving schools in the UK, currently employing 200 driving instructors and training hundreds more.
Due to test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction.
In the last 12 months, our Driving Instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 per hour due to high demand.
Additionally, over 70% of our Driving Instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.
If you are reliable, punctual, patient, possess good customer service skills, and enjoy working with new people, then this could be the right career choice for you.
We welcome applicants from various industries, including:
1. Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
2. Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
3. IT industry (IT support, cyber security, web designer, engineer, web developer)
4. Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse)
5. Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

To apply to become a Driving Instructor, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years
2. Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years
3. Have no more than 6 points on your licence
