•Supporting the annual Benefits enrolment process as well as the Long Service Awards process.

The skills you'll need to succeed
•Strong technical reward knowledge, with experience in delivering and implementing core Reward processes and practices across the full colleague lifecycle and ‘Moments that Matter’.
•A methodical and organised approach to resolving colleague queries and finding effective solutions.
•Proficiency in data analytics to analyse query volumes and trends, and to propose data-driven improvements.
•Ability to stay up-to-date on all Benefits and Pensions policies and procedures.
•Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance conflicting priorities and meet stakeholder expectations.
