Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Part Time - 8:30am - 2pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Key Responsibilities:
1. People administration duties across a range of People activities including data management and reporting, compliance, and general people administration
2. Recruitment and on-boarding administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, particularly regarding safer recruiting
3. The maintenance of the Single Central Record, personnel files, and training records for your assigned school
4. Acting as a first point of contact for people related queries, ensuring high levels of confidentiality.
Requirements:
5. A good awareness and understanding of people administration, to ensure compliance with regulation and procedures
6. Excellent written and communication skills
7. Excellent interpersonal, including the ability to form rapport and build good working relationships with others
8. Flexible approach and the ability to work on their own initiative
9. A relevant HR qualification equivalent to Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) would be advantageous, as would experience of working within a school environment, but neither are essential.
