We are hiringData & Analytics Engagement Lead inoperational reporting for Record to Reportprocess area. The Engagement lead will work closely with globalprocess owners, business process owners, change experience teamsand data and analytics teams to challenge, harmonise, standardiseand where needed adapt / deliver reportingrequirements.
Whatwill be your keyresponsibilities?
* Youwill drive consistency and standardisation in reporting by engagingwith process owners to catalogue reportingrequirements.
* You willchallenge, harmonise, standardise reporting requirements within afunctional domain, across segment and division for processperformancemanagement.
* You willparticipate in and contribute to guiding process owners of standardreporting acrosssegments.
* You will beresponsible for ensuring data architecture of data model is fit forpurpose for reporting needs and aligned to the strategicrequirements.
* You willcreate engagement content in close collaboration with changeexperience teams and business engagement teamleads.
* You willcollaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions,conduct detailed analysis, provide recommendations for process andsystem improvements.
* Youwill present business requirements to stakeholders and perform gapanalysis to identify improvementopportunities.
* You willeducate business with self-service aspects to consume reports andmake user specificchanges.
* You will workclosely with third party System Integrator partners to deliverquality, scalable and robust enterprise solutions within time andbudget.
Whatare we lookingfor?
* The rolewould require individuals to closely collaborate with variousfunctions while maintaining focus on delivery, deployment andadoption of reporting in themarkets.
* Experience inbusiness intelligence and more importantly appreciation offunctional domains is essential to be successful in thisrole.
* Exposure tounderstanding definitions and delivery of KPIs in demand planning,sales and operations planning would beideal.
* The role requirescandidates to know about data architecture, data modelling with agreat understanding ofKPIs.
* To be successful,you'd need to have excellent functional understanding of Record toReport functional area with BI exposure, instead of being atechnical BIexpert.
* Experience ofprevious product ownership / product management role in thisfunctional area.
Thisrole is a project-based transformation role and has a currentexpected end date of 3 years. As we move closer to the date, wewill work with you to explore other opportunities for employmentwithin the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative roleis not available at that time, your employment willend.
