Are you an up-and-coming DevOps enthusiast and is Kubernetes your bag?
My client are looking to bring on a new addition to their Site Reliability team at a busy and exciting time. They're a well known tech company with a good reputation who provide a range of IT services nationally to a variety of different sectors.
You will have some commercial exposure under your belt or have just cut you teeth in DevOps, Containerisation and Infrastructure-as-code automation. In this role you will work alongside a couple of other SREs to monitor and support their Azure environments, ensuring security, performance and reliability.
Tech wise, you'll have an understanding of Containerisation (eg Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher) and have a good handle on Cloud platforms and vitalisation (VMWare, Azure, AWS) You'll also have good Linux administration skills.
You'll join a small yet close knit-team who will train, develop and support in your role from day 1. These guys are big on personal development (they are currently sponsoring one of their SREs to get him Kubernetes certified!) and you'll be made to feel at home from day 1. You'll definitely feel looked after and this is one of those roles where your voice will be heard and valued.
As an individual, we'd love you to be technically astute and inquisitive. We're looking the type of SRE who will research and recommend solutions for hosting applications at scale. You'll play a key role in driving their platform ...
