Key Responsibilities:
Assist students in their academic and personal development in a supportive and nurturing environment
Help manage classroom behaviour and support students with emotional and social needs
Work closely with the teaching staff to create a positive learning environment
Provide one-on-one and small group support tailored to individual student needs
Be a positive role model and provide guidance and encouragement to students
Help students develop essential life skills and boost their confidenceThe Ideal Candidate:
