1. Ensure all maintenance and repair work to refrigeration equipment is achieved within agreed timescales.
2. Respond promptly to service call requests and reactive works.
3. Carry out all tasks to customer satisfaction.
4. Attend training courses for upskilling of qualifications when necessary.
5. Order relative materials required.
6. Report to Contracts Manager on projects undertaken
7. Ensure all compliance paperwork is completed and logged appropriately.

8. NVQ/ City & Guilds based Qualification
9. F Gas Category 1
10. Mechanical / Electrical knowledge

This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations.
You will be the first line in all service and maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
To effectively maintain service and repair Refrigeration Equipment in customer locations and provide assistance to HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits.
