Job Title: Security Systems Sales Representative
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Experience Level: 5+ years in security system sales at NSI level
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of security system sales.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Product Expertise:
6. Specialise in the sales of intruder systems, including but not limited to Eaton, Pyromix, Galaxy, and Texecom.
7. Promote and sell access control solutions, focusing on Paxton's and ACT systems.
8. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, particularly those from Hikvision and Hanwha.
9. Geographic Focus:
10. Work from our Stevenage-based office, serving clients within a 50-mile radius.
11. Conduct on-site visits to clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
12. Resource Management:
13. Utilise company-provided resources such as a company car, laptop, and phone to effectively carry out job responsibilities.
14. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Qualifications:
15. Minimum of 5 years of experience in security system sales at NSI level.
16. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
17. In-depth knowledge of intruder systems (Eaton, Pyromix, Galaxy, Texecom), access control (Paxton's, ACT), and CCTV systems (Hikvision, Hanwha).
18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
