Overview of the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant/Administrator to support the finance department in delivering accurate financial management across the businesss multiple property ventures. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the role offers exposure to various aspects of accounting, from transactional finance to assisting with financial reporting. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with a background in bookkeeping, accounts management, or financial administration.
Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and ensure the ledgers are up to date.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage supplier and customer accounts, process invoices, ensure timely payments, and handle incoming receipts.
