We are looking for an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to join our existing team to help look after our students during their lunch break. You will work as part of the lunchtime team to provide effective supervision to the school, ensuring that the well-being and health and safety of students is maintained. Previous experience working in an education environment or experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
* Supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
* Monitor student behavior and address any issues that arise, utilising effective behavior management techniques or through seeking support from senior staff.
* Assist in promoting positive social interactions among students.
* Communicate with teaching staff regarding any concerns or incidents.
* Support students in following school rules and maintaining a respectful atmosphere.
* Engage with students to foster a sense of community and belonging during lunchtime.
It is anticipated that candidates may have training needs and there will be initial in-house training offered through a full induction programme.
The working pattern is one hour per day from Monday to Friday, during Term Time only [38 weeks] with an additional five hours of training per year.
