Maintenance Co-ordinator - Thame Pertemps is working exclusively with a long-standing client who is seeking to appoint a Maintenace Coordinator based within their busy head office based in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and providing our customers with prompt and professional service. Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (DOE) Hours: 8am-5pm Duties:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
* Booking service and repair appointments for our engineers
* Liaising with the technical and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently.
* Issuing quotes and arranging installations
* Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up as needed.
* Ensuring service reminders are sent out and followed up
* Liaising closely with our Commercial clients' customer care teams
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical/ construction/service/maintenance-related field.
* Strong communication skills
* A proactive problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure.
* Competency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
