About the Job Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Business Reporting Accountant, on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract, who can thrive in a business that values open communication and collaboration. As part of a wider Finance department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights that support effective decision-making across Games Workshop. Your ability to navigate demanding situations with integrity, coupled with technical ability, will ensure that we maintain the highest standards as you produce accurate and insightful reports for our managers, enabling them to track performance, identify key issues and plan strategically. You will be working across different areas of the business, so your commercial acumen and ability to understand key business drivers within a complex business setting will be key, as you provide financial and reporting expertise to new projects and initiatives, including forecasting and scenario modelling. We are looking for someone experienced in producing timely and comprehensive monthly reports. Highly skilled at developing relationships built on trust and respect, you will collaborate with senior members of the business to support data driven decision making, driving operational and financial performance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will support both short term forecasting activities and long-term strategic planning to ensure robust financial planning and business readiness with the pragmatism to maintain watertight processes and controls.
