Salary: 60,000 - 60,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* I require at least three years of IT support experience, with MSP experience being essential.

* A full UK driver’s license is necessary as on-site support is required.
Responsibilities:
* You will provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintenance.
* You will deliver on-site and remote support to our customers.
* You will manage Windows Server (2012/16/19), Windows 11, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, SharePoint, and Office 365.
* You will handle networking, IT security, backup solutions, and malware filtering.
* You will design, evaluate, and implement IT solutions for our customers.
