FIELD BASED LOCATION
* The role is field based / working from home
* Typical diary pattern combining virtual meetings and on site meetings at customer and company offices / sites.
* Whilst we have listed the location for the role as Birmingham, your home location could be anywhere between the M40 corridor in the south to the M62 corridor in the north.
ROLE PURPOSE
The core purpose of this role is to:
* Lead the day to day account management of a portfolio of accounts with a focus on both service delivery and extension selling.
* Manage all aspects of the commercial client relationships and delivery across all services provided.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Great performance in the role will need a comprehensive skillset and demonstration of skills and experience to deliver:
* Working with key stakeholders within each customer and internally to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
