Person Specification
Education & Qualifications
* Good all-round education
* Pathways trained or working towards (must also meet a minimum threshold of 200 calls per month to maintain proficiency in Pathways)
Previous Experience
* Dealing with the general public
* Using a telephone as a primary means of communication in a work environment
* Supervisory experience
* Experience in the voluntary or health sector
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
* Word processing and IT skills
* Knowledge of the Trust area geography
* First Aid knowledge
* Basic knowledge of anatomy
Personal Qualities/Attributes
* Well-written, complete, and legible application with good spelling and grammar
* Ability to work shifts 24/7
* Commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth
