The location for this role is flexible across Europe.
This is a key role for our energy base device (EBD) business where you will play a key role to help deliver the agreed budget for sales and EBITDA for Sinclair European distributors business.
You will create, innovate, and implement both global and local marketing strategies, to develop the European Distributors business, with a focus on EBD (60-65% of time) and Injectable products (35-40% of time).
Also you will manage and develop the quality of marketing provided by a network of distributors in Europe to ensure they follow Sinclair’s global marketing strategies, training protocols, their agreements, forecast accurately and apply the tools delivered to maximize the opportunity for Sinclair products in the local market. You would have close and constant communication with the global Marketing and global Training Sinclair team, to ensure the short, medium and long-term success of our distributors business.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Marketing implementation
* Effective implementation of the Global Marketing strategy for Sinclair and its brands with the Distributors.
* Effective implementation of global designed marketing campaigns with the Distributors.
* Managing up to date Marketing Events Calendars with key Distributors (including detailed planning of all activities during the year).
* Establish a regular and effective communication and working relationship with the Global Marketing and Education Team including usage of the corporate systems (Eventogy etc).
* Creation of innovative local market campaigns, aligned with Global Marketing requirements, to drive sales through Distributors.
* Use of digital tools to create and communicate with our Distributors and their customers, cooperation with Sinclair Global Digital Team on all potential digital projects.
* Monitor competition and pricing on each market.
Develop / Create Regional Trainers for EBD & Injectables
* Manage all training and educational activities in the Region (integral part of the Events Calendars with key Distributors).
* Analyze, evaluate gaps and propose a plan to develop Regional Trainers and build further relations with regional KOLs in order to influence sales and ensure safety and compliance.
* Work closely with Finance and Manager to ensure the optimization and best use of the marketing budget in the region.
* Work with Distributors to ensure accurate forecasting of product requirements.
* Process payments related to Variable Marketing into the system and follow up on them with accounts payable.
Compliance
* Ensure all company compliance policy requirements are fully met and addressed (including G&H forms, contracts with trainers, all necessary consents are in place (e.g. for live demos etc).
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3 years or more in Devices and Aesthetic or related industry.
* Bachelor degree level or equivalent.
* High level of English written and spoken.
* Additional European language is plus.
* Working cross functionally.
* Commercial, Marketing or Training experience.
