Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Director of Enablement to join their team and drive meaningful change. In this position, you'll lead the strategic development and implementation of key operational areas, including systems, finance, marketing, and engagement.
You'll also play a vital role in ensuring the organisation is optimally resourced and structured to meet the growing needs of its beneficiaries. As the Director of Enablement, you'll have the chance to work closely with the CEO, Trustees, and the wider Executive Team to develop and implement strategies that will shape the future of the organisation.
This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about making a difference and has the skills to lead and inspire teams.
Working arrangements: Flexible hybrid working (two office days per week)
