We are seeking a Night Care Worker to join one of our supported living care teams in Stockport. You will work as part of a supported living team providing night time support for individuals to meet their physical, clinical, health, emotional and social needs with an emphasis on promoting independence, whilst preparing, assisting, and enabling them to fulfil the aims of their person-centred care plan. Safeguarding vulnerable people, both children and adults, is a priority for all employees.
Location – Great Moor, Stockport.
Hours - 20 hours per week (2 x 10 Hour Shift, working 2/7 days on rotational basis, with opportunities for extra shifts to cover holidays)
* Annual Leave 27 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays rising to 30 after 5 years, 33 days after 10 years
