County Washrooms now have an exciting opportunity for a maternity cover Business Support team member with excellent construction, project admin, office management, procurement, fleet, HR, and other construction-related admin skills to join the team.
The position is to work with the Operations / Contracts Manager to coordinate between him, the project administrator, site operatives, and outsourced suppliers. Also, to cover our bookkeeper / administrator who is on maternity leave.
You will be involved in facilitating that all systems and processes are followed, look after the staff / operatives on site, ensure materials and resources are ordered, accounts maintained in XERO, and other construction admin jobs. The role is wide-ranging and would suit someone looking to gain more experience in a wider range of skills.
Responsibilities
Must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, being able to talk at all levels, a self-starter, and have experience of administration, ideally within a building/construction company, have excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of building products and the industry.
Finance
To cover a team member who is on maternity leave to oversee the bookkeeping duties performed temporarily by an outsourced company.
