Job summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineering Requirements and Acceptance Specialist to drive product development and lifecycle management within the Maritime Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for systems engineering and requirements management tools.
* Software Integration: Implement and manage software tools such as DOORS, SolidEdge, Ansys, SAP, and MS Office.
* Process Development: Define and maintain processes, workflows, and best practices for systems engineering.
* Training & Development: Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for the engineering team.
* Risk Management: Manage product requirement sets and consolidate engineering risks.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead process enhancements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience Required:
Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, standards, and product lifecycle management.
* Expertise in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
* Familiarity with BOM structures, change control, and engineering/manufacturing processes.
* Working knowledge of software integration across engineering platforms.
Skills:
* Delivery: Consistently meet project deadlines while balancing time, cost, and quality.
* Influencing: Use data-driven arguments to influence decisions and provide practical guidance.
* Collaboration: Build trusted, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
* Minimum: Degree in Engineering and Chartered Engineer status.
* Preferred: Chartered Systems Engineer with INCOSE certification.
