Are you interested in joining our team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Community Staff Nurse within the East Ross Integrated Care Team.
This is a permanent post of 29.6 hours per week, covering a 7 day rota, (Monday- Sunday) in accordance with service requirements.
The post holder will work from Tain Health Centre, Tain and County Community Hospital, Invergordon.
Post registration experience is desirable and you should have a good knowledge of clinical skills relevant to community nursing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are fundamental to the role as is the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
The band 5 post holder will support the caseload holder in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating complex care in a range of clinical and residential/home settings within East Ross. You must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate an ability to work with different professional groups as part of a multidisciplinary team.
