We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated applicant to join our Surgical Clinical Governance Team as a Band 7 Governance Coordinator.
To oversee and help ensure the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families and carers. As a member of Surgery Divisional Governance Team to lead and be accountable for quality governance deliverables.
Main duties of the job

2. With the Divisional Governance Lead being accountable for quality governance deliverables within the Division.
3. The role supports the Division by playing a pivotal role in ensuring the understanding and effective use of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) so that it is used to improve the outcome for people who use our services.
4. To work with the Divisional Governance Lead to develop, implement and monitor the operation of the Trust's Quality and Risk Management strategies and associated policies within the divisions and directorates.
