About the Role Planning, Preparation and presentation of all meals served at the required time, adhering to the service level agreement and to the client, customer and Sodexo satisfaction Control and monitor financial performance of the unit to pre budgeted targets Management and training of line staff. Including carrying out performance reviews and providing coaching as necessary. Purchasing and inventory control in accordance with Sodexo suppliers Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the unit to required standards Ensuring completion of due diligence records in line with Food safety policies, Natasha’s Law Allergan reporting and calorie legislation Running of Corporate Theme days and promotions What We’re Looking For NVQ chef qualification or equivalent Experience of catering management Experience of managing a team Experience of managing budgets Experience of delivering training using company guidelines Computer literacy and confidence to be trained to use menu planning systems would be an advantage Good standard of financial acumen Ability to develop increasing individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training Ability to work well under pressure What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
