* £25,000 OTE per year

* Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Your Training Journey
Your journey as a Property Manager begins with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
* Purpose-built training location
* Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions

How You Will Make an Impact
* Booking and conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
* Managing maintenance and repair issues with contractors
* Handling deposit returns
* Resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
* Building relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing complaints
* Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports
