Reports to: Area Manager
Salary: 23,000 per annum
Rota: Monday to Friday (9-5.30)
Please note an element of travel is required for the initial induction period to travel across multiple branches for shadowing

What Youll Do:
- Engage with Clients: Welcome every visitor, provide best-in-class support, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage the Practice: Handle appointment scheduling, reception duties, and daily administrative tasks.
- Be the Heart of the Team: Coordinate with clinicians, manage diaries, and support client follow-ups, both in-person and over the phone.
- Community Connection: Be a friendly face in the local area, helping to promote our services and engage with the community.

Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and high energy
- Experience in customer service or administration is a plus
- Comfort with technology and managing customer databases
