We have a new opportunity to be part of our Electronics team in the role of Control Systems Engineer.
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and support of control systems and software for Formula 1 applications. This includes working on on-car control systems, test rigs, simulators, and other related projects to improve performance and reliability. You will collaborate with multiple departments, providing expertise in control strategies, real-time software, and electronic hardware.
This role is ideal for an engineer with experience in motorsport electronics and control systems, looking to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment where innovation and precision drive performance.
You will be responsible for:
1. Developing, integrating, and maintaining on-car and test rig control systems.
2. Designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time control algorithms.
3. Working with embedded software, ECUs, and sensor systems to enhance performance and reliability.
4. Supporting race and test events, diagnosing and resolving control system faults.
5. Developing and maintaining calibration tools and processes.
