Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build our marketing & sales processes, actively sell to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the business owner to create and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
* Overhaul and optimize our LinkedIn profiles and website to reflect our services.
* Generate leads from LinkedIn through posts, articles, and proactive networking.
* Identify and secure new Fixed Price Contract IT Support customers.
* Achieve the target of signing the first contract support customer generating £50,000/year in revenue within the first two months.
* Bring a new contract support customer each month on average.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in the IT services sector.
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a lead generation tool.
* Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies from scratch.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English language.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
* A passion for selling and achieving results in a competitive environment.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales operations.
* Prior experience in B2B sales is a must
