We are hiring Mobile Support Officers (MSOs) for a critical assignment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain first-hand experience working in public safety and security.
Requirements:
1. You must have your own vehicle with business insurance (mileage can be claimed).
2. Flexibility in driving, with no more than 9 points on your license.
3. DBS clearance.
4. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided!
Your Role:
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will:
1. Collaborate with the electronic monitoring tagging team during daily operations.
2. Assist in the installation, maintenance and decommissioning of electronic monitoring devices in individuals’ homes.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals under electronic monitoring.
4. Build valuable communication and problem-solving skills while contributing to public safety.

Working Pattern: Up to 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts: Coverage is required 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most shifts run from 4 pm to 2 am (7.5-hour shifts). Shifts are issued based on business needs.
Training: 1-day online training and induction provided.
Pay Rate: £11.56 per hour (PAYE)
