Hunter Adams is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to join our Manufacturing client in Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in leading and managing HR teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and coach the HR team to deliver effective HR solutions and services.
2. Oversee all aspects of Employee Relations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation.
3. Drive Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
5. Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
About You:
1. Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams.
3. Expertise in Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
