Regional Sales Manager
The Role: Covering the Yorkshire, North East, and East Scotland region, the Regional Sales Manager's role will be to manage existing business, and generate new, within OEM, End User, and Distribution customers who have a need for Air Filtration solutions. Our client are a major, global, manufacturer of air filters for a range of applications such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, and commercial environments. Your end user customers could be a Facilities Management firm one minute, a distributor of filers the next, or you could be in front of a Design Engineer of a HVAC OEM specifying in systems.
Our client have a manufacturing site in the North West of the UK so product quality, and availability, is never in doubt. Furthermore, you will be inheriting a well-ran area with some very strong key accounts already in situ. This is a field sales position and as such you will be on the road between 3-5 days per week in front of clients in a face to face setting - as such a desire to cover this area, with overnight stays, is an absolute must for the successful applicant. The position is varied due to the different routes to market, the different decision makers you'll be dealing with, and the different settings you'll find yourself in.

The UK Sales Team is led by a Sales Director who has been in the business for many years, is super knowledgeable, and will give you the autonomy to run your patch the way you want to.
Requirements: To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you must have:
· A background in filtration products
· Knowledge of sales processes & a desire to sell in to multiple routes to market
· Be a self-starter, have a pro-active approach to sales, and a field sales track record
· A willingness to travel extensively, conduct over night stays, and be a driven sales professional.
The Package for the Regional Sales Manager:
£50k-55k basic salary DOE + £6,250 annual bonus (can be doubled on overachievement), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company car OR £5k p/a company car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension scheme.
