We are recruiting a part-time Office Assistant for our client based in Witney.
The main focus of the position will be to support the Logistics Manager. This will involve:
1. Speaking with drivers over the phone to ascertain ETAs.
2. Liaising with customers both by phone and email.
3. Completing ad-hoc admin tasks.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given; however, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook is desirable.
You will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be a definite team player.
