Digital project manager

Job Description

Job Location: Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid) - 3 days a week in the office


Framework Design is a brand-led digital agency working with ambitious clients to create impactful digital experiences. We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Project Manager to help drive the successful delivery of our web projects through the studio – ensuring seamless coordination across departments, timelines, and teams.


This is a key role for someone with a passion for digital, a sharp eye for detail, and strong organisational instincts. You'll be an integral part of our studio operations, supporting the fluid management of projects from brief through to deployment.


What You’ll Be Doing
1. Overseeing and managing website projects across platforms including WordPress, Laravel (Statamic), and Drupal
2. Collaborating with developers, designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure smooth project progression
3. Leading project planning and documentation using Jira, Trello, and other workflow tools
4. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
5. Following a waterfall delivery method, managing sign-offs and scope control at each stage
6. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
