Co-ordinating new tenancy move ins and obtaining references. Admin support to property managers. Drafting and submission of tenancy contracts and notices. Verifying and approving invoices, booking inventories. Dealing with general landlord & tenant enquiries. General office administration & filing. Deal with post and ad hoc enquires. Oversees a specific region of our property portfolio managed by a local property manager, comprising blocks of flats, housing estates, and commercial property. Liaising with client’s legal team for advice where appropriate. Analysing and manipulating data from client database. Liaise with other third parties such as building & planning control as required. Organising the team, managing a variety of different tasks.
