This is a unique opportunity to join us in either our Horizon team or South Area Help and Protection team as a Team Manager and be instrumental in leading a motivated team, implementing quality assurance as standard. Being creative will assist you to deliver the best possible services and outcomes for our families.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a reflective Team Manager with a proven ability to lead and develop Social Workers.
