As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead, motivate, and manage staff and home resources. Ensure high standards of service and exceed regulatory standards. Manage the budget and ensure the business remains viable. Meet and exceed key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance. Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety requirements. Work collaboratively with colleagues, external agencies, and stakeholders. The ideal Registered Manager will: Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent. Have at least two years of supervisory experience within a childrens home. Possess strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Be committed to providing high-quality, child-centred care. Have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. Be flexible with core hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday, and willing to meet service requirements. Have additional qualifications in areas such as first aid, therapeutic interventions, or mental health support (desirable). Possess IT competency for record-keeping, reporting, and communication (desirable). Hold a valid UK driving licence (desirable).
