As the Office Administrator you will be supporting the main reception, completing all ad-hoc tasks for staff, assisting with events and programmes. This experience is crucial as they require someone that can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities :
Welcome visitors and maintain a professional Front of House environment.
Handle reception duties: managing calls, emails, post, and courier services.
Support events and meetings, including room setup, refreshments, and AV/IT coordination.
Maintain databases, calendars, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc team support.
Coordinate office supplies and oversee stock levels.
Key Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, with a friendly and professional attitude.
IT-savvy, with confidence using office systems and databases.
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team and independently.
