Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Drive daily site productivity to align with the program.
* Collaborate closely with the visiting Project Director.
* Oversee commercial and design teams for seamless project execution.
* Plan, track, and deliver against program schedules.
* Lead and manage a team of Site and Construction Managers.
* Facilitate progress meetings with all stakeholders.
* Uphold the highest health and safety standards.
* Resource and manage the team to meet project milestones.
* Build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
What We’re Looking For: Project Manager
* A qualification in construction, site management, or a relevant trade.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
* SMSTS, First Aid, and a valid CSCS Card (mandatory).
* Proven track record in delivering RC frame projects valued at £40m+.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost control and construction planning.
* Ability to set and manage project milestones and deliverables.
* Extensive experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors.
* Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations.
* Proficient in MS Office and construction planning software (MS Project/Powerproject).
