Interim Head of Compliance Negotiable hourly rate - DOE Birmingham Immediate start 36-month contract Think Community Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected social housing provider for an experienced Interim Head of Property Compliance to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to step into a key leadership role and provide immediate impact across compliance, health & safety, asset management, and customer services functions. As the Interim Head of Property Compliance, youll take ownership of: Health & Safety compliance across general needs and supported housing stock Oversight of the Repairs & Maintenance and Customer Services teams Ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory frameworks (including the Building Safety Act 2021) Implementing digital compliance systems and ensuring robust contractor management Providing strategic oversight of leasehold and landlord compliance About You: Proven experience in a senior property compliance or asset management role Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation, including asbestos, CDM, RIDDOR, and working at height NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards it) and IOSH membership desirable Effective leadership skills, particularly managing dispersed teams and influencing at senior levels Excellent communication and organisational skills with a hands-on, solution-focused approach Experience in contract and performance management, driving service improvement, and maintaining customer-centric delivery Additional Requirements: Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage paid at £0.45 per mile) Availability to start promptly and commit to a 36-month contract DBS clearance will be required prior to start Interested?
