Salary: £44,711 - £49,764 per annum | Permanent | Full time, 37 hours per week | West Lancs Short Break Service

Position: Short Break Service Manager - West Lancs Short Break Service
As a Grade 10 Manager, you will:
* Provide overall leadership to the service, supervising, motivating, and directing the Team Manager and staff team.
* Ensure good quality, person-centred care and support is delivered.
* Act as the Registered Manager for the service, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission standards and conditions of registration.
* Manage the service budget and deliver services within an agreed financial allocation.
* Be involved in strategic planning for the service.
