This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer with experience in a technical sales role or significant expertise in engineering, equipment, or materials handling sales environments. About the Role: Youll assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities, providing marketing support, and delivering technical expertise. The role involves UK travel, occasional overseas trips, and time spent in the Grantham office (minimum two days per week). Work-from-home flexibility can be discussed once youre fully familiar with the company and products. Key Responsibilities: Manage existing sales accounts through site visits and regular customer contact. Provide after-sales and spares market support. Drive new business development via direct emails, calls, and social media. Maintain and update CRM records. Represent the company at trade shows. Contribute to marketing strategies, including web and social media initiatives. Generate bespoke customer quotes, process orders, and provide end-to-end customer support. What Were Looking For: Proven track record in sales, including account management and solution selling. Ability to develop strong relationships with existing and new accounts. Ideally, 2 to 5 years of experience in Account Management or Technical/Engineering Sales. Willingness to travel and work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
