In this role, you will be responsible for directing a maintenance, calibration and facilities team made up of skilled tradespeople, mechanical and electrical repairs, maintenance planning, preventive maintenance programs, and apprentice development. Your team will provide efficient, economical and timely services required to support the manufacturing operations in delivering to demanding customer requirements. Responsibilities include facilities engineering to ensure the site functions effectively in compliance with regulatory obligations. Additional Info : Day Shift - 37.5 Hours per week Paid overtime if required. What You Will Do
* Manage maintenance of facilities and site services equipment, including fire systems, grounds, water, effluent and buildings.
* Managing regulatory obligations around ISO9001, ISO 14001 and EHS (environmental health & safety)
* Management of contractors/suppliers to complete projects and maintenance works, including procurement processes.
* Work director responsibilities for an engaged maintenance department
* Use of Agility application to manage work orders and assign to team appropriately,
* Ensure that PPM (planned preventative maintenance) is carried out effectively.
* Develop team members to improve skills and future careers.

* An overall knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, machines, equipment and systems

Experience in working within Maintenance and/or Facilities
* Sound IT skills and ability to use Microsoft 365 suite of software.
