Senior Implementer Responsibilities: - Transition: Collaborate with transition managers and operations teams to clarify technical requirements, perform gap analysis, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer. - Integration Support: Provide integration support to customers and hauliers, ensuring alignment with DigiHaul's standard APIs and owning / resolving any integration issues. - Testing Coordination: Coordinate UAT resources and ensure thorough testing of new features, with a focus on quality deployments and timely defect resolution. - Issue Resolution: Support technical issue identification and resolution during the project phase, pre and post-go live. - Forward Schedule of Change (FSOC): Document and manage the Forward Schedule of Change, ensuring timely communication of feature releases to internal and external stakeholders. - Platform Expertise: Act as a platform SME to assist with knowledge transfer during transitions, ensuring technical requirements and capabilities are understood by all stakeholders. - Planning: Support cutover planning and ensure all tasks are completed for a smooth transition from project to BAU. - Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders (internal teams, Product Owners, customers) to keep them informed on progress, potential delays, and issues. - Feature Implementation Support: Assist Product Owners in implementing new features into the business. What do you need to be a Senior Implementer? - At least 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas is a must: Freight, Logistics and Implementation - Problem solving capability within a complex, fast-paced technology business (essential) - Good understanding of operations with industry-leading SLAs and improving operations performance - IT / Software deployment & implementation experience (essential) - Logistics/Freight industry (desirable) - Software development methodologies including Agile (essential) - Keen interest in the application of business technology in a start-up environment What will you get in return as a Senior Implementer?
