The post-holder will co-ordinate the Medical Capital Equipment bid/request process (in conjunction with finance and procurement colleagues) and act as the primary point of contact for Care Groups, ensuring contemporaneous tracking of status of actions and chasing of required actions for progress. They will ensure the timely delivery of the medical capital equipment programme within the financial envelope available. They will assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence to quality standards and within deadlines. The post holder will be expected to work under their own initiative and be able to analyse information and highlight potential problems.
