Summary
Develop and own long-term strategy of MSPs book of business. Focus on partnership, profiling, sales planning, technical onboarding, business development & execution. Cross Sell & Upsell portfolio. Drive engagement through developing MSP accounts, whitespace and create Cash Cow Accounts. Maintain, Grow & Maintain MSP book of business.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Analyze MSP market, identify and utilize WSA with support of more experienced colleagues to exceed commitment.
2. Meet and exceed monthly set targets for MSP revenue by means of new and existing business generation.
3. Pro-actively manage Key MSPs (Development & Cash Cow MSP Accounts) in its entirety, agree MSP KPI’s, partner business and marketing plans which will include monthly and quarterly business reviews.
4. Assist newly acquired partners to increase ESET market share by selling the ESET Business solutions through ESET’s MSP program.
5. Attend meetings, effectively negotiating and work closely with partners and their marketing teams to generate new MSP leads.
6. Allocation of any existing MSP partner accounts with a focus on cross and upsell initiatives.
7. Grow your MSP portfolio with new fit for purposes MSP partners.
8. Build solid working business relationships with MSP partners.
9. Maintain constant communication with partners to update on product and marketing developments.
10. Respond to higher levels of product technical queries independently.
11. Maintain accurate new and existing business sales pipeline within the ESET CRM system.
12. Arrange and provide training for MSP partners on new products releases and systems.
13. Arrange and issue trials, quotes, web demos, training.
14. Negotiate pricing and advise resellers on current promotional activity.
15. Perform various administration activities in line with running an MSP sales desk.
16. Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets.
17. Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes, and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
18. Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Degree or equivalent is desirable, preferably in IT or cyber related subject.
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (high school).
Experience:
* Years of work experience: 4.
Knowledge:
* Good understanding of MSP portfolio including RMM, PSA & Integrations.
Language:
* English – B2.
Communication:

* N/A.
