* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to execute the annual marketing plan.
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all communications.
* Monitor and analyse campaign results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Work closely with the Product Manager and design teams to ensure new products meet brand standards and customer needs.
* Research and develop initiatives aligned with market trends and brand objectives.
* Conduct product positioning and competitive analysis to enhance our unique market position.
* Collaborate with the in-house design team on visuals, copy, and multimedia content.
* Develop and enforce guidelines for consistent branding across internal and external communications.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated experience in a Brand Marketing role.
* Proven success in revitalising brands and launching products.
* Leadership experience (preferred but not essential).
* B2C and B2B marketing expertise (preferred).
* Experience in regulated industries (desirable).
