Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager (£55,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join a strong construction products business in Herefordshire. The role is hybrid with 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
This opportunity owns & implements external brand marketing working closely with product, marketing, HR, commercial & technical departments in a progressive, forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with the Marketing Managers ensuring campaign messages and initiatives support the brand strategy.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and sponsorship that will enhance the brand.
• Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated brand campaigns, on time and within budget.
• Work with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for brand promotion and engagement.
• Agency management, monitoring performance and evaluating best value approaches.
• Copywriting and content editing as required.
• Coordinate event activity and lead generation activity at events
• Ensure that brand standards and identity guidelines are understood and followed by internal and external users.
The 3 exciting big projects on the horizon include sustainability, community & brand reputation opportunities within local, regional & national campaigns. The successful candidate will be a strong, brand professional with the ability to build relationships in cross-functional teams and ideally have experience in construction, manufacturing or building products.
