Our Client based in Leeds LS4 is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in providing efficient administrative support and overseeing office operations.\n\nThe ideal candidate will need to have strong organisational skills and to be able to work on their own initiative with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nThey would need to have excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and letter writing skills with attention required towards accuracy and detail.\n\nWorking Hours - Monday to Friday 8.00am -4.00pm\n\nDaily tasks include:\n\nData input\nDealing with queries by phone/email\nInvoicing\nGeneral Office Administration\nScanning\nData inputting and maintaining spreadsheets and report\nMonitoring absences - Holidays, Sickness etc.This is a fantastic permanent opportunity .\n\nPlease apply online\n\nReference R02\n\nAbout Us\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
